Food time is the best time!

For meal time at Hounds Inn Lounge, owners are encouraged to bring their pup's regular diet. However we will provide Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach (dry food) to those who need it, for $1 per cup.

If you bring your dog’s own food, please pack each meal separately, in individual ziploc bags, or washable/reuseable containers with feeding instructions. While at Hounds Inn Lounge, your dog will most likely be more active than they are at home. We highly recommend you pack more food than normal. We also recommend you pack at least 1-2 extra meals (on top of their regular feeding schedule) in case you are delayed.

We will gladly add "toppers" and canned foods to meals, if requested. Hounds Inn Lounge sells canned food at $3 per can or you can provide your own. We will also feed raw foods, meat or veggies if they are completely prepared inside individual pre-packaged ziploc bags or individual plastic containers. We will refridgerate as needed. Our cage-free dogs will be separated into feeding areas when feeding time begins. Each dog that is not cage-free will be fed in their designated boarding area.

MEAL TOPPERS – $1 EACH SERVING

  • Shredded Cheese
  • Egg: Raw or Scrambled
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Cottage Cheese

At Hounds Inn, we specialize in Senior Dog Care and are equipped to do glucose readings and diabetic insulin care. We have high-quality orthopedic luxury pet beds. We use East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic on Gilmer Road for any after hour emergencies. We have three lounge areas with TVs, music, fans, couches, candles, and more homestyle touches. Seniors are welcome to spend time in daycare off leash play groups but whenever they need a break or rest, an employee will take them back to a lounge area. We also cater to dogs with special needs.
